Program Overview:

The Open Water Diver course is your gateway to becoming a fully independent diver.

Over 3 days, your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of diving, including equipment, safety skills and underwater techniques.You’ll complete at least five confined water sessions and four open water dives, progressing step by step in a safe and structured way

You’ll train to dive to a maximum depth of 18 metres.

The course includes theory sessions and a final exam to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

For your final dives, you’ll head out by boat to explore some of Lanzarote’s best dive sites and truly enjoy your first real dives as a certified diver. At the end of the course, you’ll receive your internationally recognised SSI Open Water Diver certification, allowing you to dive worldwide up to 18 metres.

You can start the theory online in advance, so you arrive prepared and ready to enjoy the in-water training.Your Open Water Diver certification does not expire and is your first step towards advanced diving courses.
