Program Overview:

The Open Water Diver certification allows you to descend to a maximum depth of 18 meters but obviously, there are always things to see a little further down. The deeper we go, the more we can start to see changes in marine life and fauna, and it opens up a whole other world to discover.

The SSI Deep Diving specialty allows you to descend to a maximum depth of 40 meters. During this course, you will not only dive deeper, but you will also learn how to plan your dive in more detail and calculate gas consumption and optimal gas mixtures. The Deep Diving specialty is very interesting in combination with the Enriched Air Nitrox specialty, to increase bottom times and safety underwater.
