Program Overview:

The same dive site can feel completely different at dusk or after dark. Familiar places take on a new atmosphere, new challenges and often a completely different kind of marine life activity.

Reduced visibility changes the way you navigate, communicate and manage your dive, while many marine species become far more active once the light begins to fade.

Night diving offers a unique and memorable experience — calm, focused and unlike any daytime dive.

During the course, you’ll learn the key procedures, communication methods, equipment considerations and safety habits needed to dive more confidently in low-light or limited-visibility conditions.

Training standards

• Duration: 2 days
• Includes: 2 training dives, digital learning materials and SSI Night & Limited Visibility certification

Requirements

• Minimum age of 10 years and SSI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent
