Program Overview:

For many divers, capturing the underwater world is one of the most rewarding parts of diving. Great underwater images allow you to relive your dives and share the experience long after you surface.

The SSI Photo & Video specialty teaches you how to use underwater cameras more effectively and gives you the foundations needed to create cleaner, more compelling underwater images and video.

Lighting, framing, subject approach and buoyancy control are all essential if you want to improve the quality of your underwater content.

A major advantage of this course at Calero Diving is that it is taught by professional underwater photographer Natasha Maksymenko, giving you direct guidance from someone who works behind the lens professionally.

Training standards

• Duration: 1–2 days
• Includes: 2 training dives, digital learning materials and SSI Photo & Video certification

Requirements

• minimum age of 10 years, SSI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent, and Perfect Buoyancy certification or equivalent recommended

Not included

• equipment rental, diving insurance and camera rental
