Program Overview:

The SSI Try Scuba is the first diving experience. It will be your first time underwater, but certainly not the last.

We will introduce you to diving equipment, the basic rules of SCUBA and certain protocols and hand signals. After the introduction, you will make a dive in very shallow water. You will learn to move and use your equipment in calm, easy conditions.

Once acclimatized, we will then continue with the immersion in somewhat deeper waters, although not too much. The bays in the local area are easily accessible, and are full of life; from schools of reef fish and Barracudas, to Angelsharks, Rays and Nudibranchs.

Requirements:

• Basic swimming capabilities
• Minimum 8 years old

Does Not Include:

• Underwater photos (camera rental is available upon request)
