Recreational Sidemount Diving
Learn how to use the sidemount configuration for a more comfortable and safe dive
Program Overview:
Sidemount diving is becoming increasingly popular thanks to its comfort, flexibility and improved control underwater.
Instead of carrying tanks on your back, sidemount allows you to wear them on your sides, giving you better balance, easier access to your equipment and a more natural trim in the water.
During this SSI Recreational Sidemount Diving course, you’ll learn how to correctly configure and use sidemount equipment, while improving your buoyancy, trim and overall diving control.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel more comfortable, streamlined and confident in the water.
