The SSI Level 2 Freediving course will equip you with further knowledge of the mammalian diving reflex and how to initiate the best response for freediving. You will learn new advanced equalization techniques and apnea training methods to carry you past 20 meters and develop the skills necessary to freedive to depths up to 30 meters.

As part of the SSI Freediving Level 2 course you will make four open water boat dive sessions taking you to a maximum depth of 30 metres. The course also teaches about some of the advanced training techniques to safely train for depth freediving. These include advanced stretching and Functional Residual Capacity (empty lungs) freediving.

• The SSI Freediving Level 2 course costs 300€ and includes four open water dives. The course can be completed in three days and is open to anyone aged 15 or over. You must be able to swim.
