The Blue Hole
Located west of the Cathedral dive site along the reef wall, the Blue Hole is a natural volcanic funnel cutting through the reef.
Beginning at around 20 metres and descending to just below 30 metres, the Blue Hole is one of Lanzarote’s must-see dive sites.
Close to the Blue Hole, a small cave shelters dense swarms of shrimp, adding another highlight to the dive.
The surrounding reef wall features numerous small caverns and crevices to explore.
On the return, you can follow the harbour wall to extend and vary the dive profile.
This shallower area is ideal for extending your dive time and is often home to cuttlefish, stingrays and angel sharks.
