Richies Place is a highly regarded dive site in Puerto del Carmen, especially popular with advanced and technical divers.

The site is located further offshore from the main Playa Grande beach in Puerto del Carmen.

Because it is only accessible by boat, it remains a quieter and less frequently visited dive site.

The real highlight of Richies Place is the remarkable volcanic formations created by ancient lava flows.

Among the most striking features are lava structures that resemble giant mushrooms and a reef wall shaped like a series of church organ pipes.

A wide variety of marine life can be found here, although the volcanic reef and lava formations are the true stars of the dive.
