As an SSI Extended Range Nitrox Diving instructor you will be responsible for teaching divers to plan and carry out dives to a maximum depth of 40 metres using nitrox mixes to a maximum of 50% oxygen and with limited decompression.

The extended range nitrox course is an important first step on the path for anyone who wishes to become a technical diver. As an instructor you become the person who helps the aspiring tech diver to take that first step. You can introduce and inspire divers to  diving deeper and for longer and enjoy the wonders of extended range diving.

• The SSI Extended Range Nitrox instructor course costs 450€ and lasts 2 days. The course is open to any instructor holding the required prerequisites.
