Program Overview:

  • The TDI Decompression Procedures course examines the theory, methods and procedures of planned decompression diving, over the duration of 4 dives. The program is designed as a stand alone course or it may be taught in conjunction with the Advanced Nitrox course. The objective of this program is to train divers how to plan and conduct a standard staged decompression dive not exceeding a maximum depth of 45 meters. The most common equipment requirements, gear set-up, and decompression techniques are presented, using Nitrox or Oxygen mixes within the divers existing qualification.

  • Diving insurance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Minimum of 25 logged dives
  • Be certified as Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent
  • Valid medical certification from within the last year (no self-certification accepted)
