ANDI – Sidemount Diving Courses

If you are a technical diver and are interested in exploring deeper wrecks or caves then technical sidemount diving may be exactly what you are looking for. Whilst sidemount diving can be viewed as a variation of open circuit technical diving, it is important to recognise that there are techniques, procedures and equipment that are specific to sidemount diving. In order to become a technical sidemount diver you need to learn the specific skills that relate to sidemount diving.

Rubicon Diving is pleased to be able to the complete range of technical sidemount courses certified by ANDI Europe, one of the world’s leading technical diving organisations. Established in 1988 by Ed Betts and Dick Rutkowski, American Nitrox Divers International was set up to standardize instructor and sport diver training and has since developed a specialisation in technical diving. ANDI’s technical sidemount courses can take you from diving 30 metres on a single gas through to diving to 65 metres plus with an unlimited gas and tank configuration.
